Payment Options
At Willow Healing Center, we have a variety of payment options available. We accept private payment and we also can work with a potential patient’s insurance company to help them get the most from their benefits. Our trained intake specialists are experienced at working with healthcare providers and walking you through the entire admissions process.
Lending Options
Financing may be available through CareCredit (not affiliated with Willow Healing Center or Meadows Behavioral Healthcare).
Our main concern is providing recovery and helping people find a more fulfilling life. When insurance coverage does not apply, we suggest patients consult our intake coordinators, who will review costs and payment options, working with you to make arrangements that best fit your financial situation.
Insurance Benefits
Because insurance policies and benefits vary greatly, it is recommended that a patient provide Willow Healing Center with insurance information prior to arrival so that our staff can obtain a quote of coverage under a patient’s policy. Your insurance carrier or managed care company will ultimately determine the suitability of care based on your presenting issue(s) and may agree to cover a portion of a patient’s treatment.
Our highly trained staff will work hard to obtain the maximum benefit allowed by a patient’s insurance company or carrier, but Meadows Behavioral Healthcare has no control over the outcome of insurance reviews, and formal reviews do not guarantee payment by an insurance carrier upon final billing.
