Unparalleled Expert Care for Your Patients
Unparalleled Expert Care for Your Patients
Every patient at Willow Healing Center at The Meadows is assigned a primary therapist, family therapist, psychiatric provider, and a medical professional as part of their treatment team.
Individualized attention is an important part of our treatment process. Either a primary therapist or a family therapist facilitates all group sessions, with group sizes typically ranging from seven to 10 patients.
Additional treatment team members include 24-hour nursing staff, weekend staff support, a neurofeedback specialist, and a Trauma Resolution Therapist who provides intensive trauma work utilizing a variety of trauma-informed approaches, including experiential, cognitive, skills-based, and somatic.
We use the 30-task model as a core foundation for our curriculum. This covers topics such as surrendering to the recovery process, doing damage control around behavior, taking a comprehensive look at the addictive process, and relapse planning. The model is paired with intensive trauma work that utilizes a variety of trauma-informed approaches, including experiential, cognitive, skills-based, and somatic, along with The Meadows Model, art therapy, psychodrama, and 12-Step work to create a comprehensive program.
Patients are also introduced to a variety of tools to cope with stress and self-regulate their feelings, tai chi, yoga, meditation, and neurofeedback in our Brain Center – giving them a wide range of strategies to manage their feelings while doing this deep emotional work.
Our Senior Fellows are nationally recognized leaders in trauma, addiction, and relational healing who provide ongoing clinical oversight, consultation, and training across Willow Healing Center.
Through regular case consultation, program development, and staff training, our Senior Fellows help strengthen clinical decision-making and ensure our approach remains aligned with current best practices and decades of specialized expertise.
For referring providers, this means patients receive care that is not only individualized but also guided by a deeply experienced clinical network focused on addressing the root causes of complex presentations.
All patients admitted to Willow Healing Center must undergo a routine screening process designed to ensure that they are a fit for our unique program and can benefit from our care. The screening includes information on co-occurring disorders, recent hospitalizations, pre-existing medical conditions, and intimacy history.
We understand our role as stewards in the care of your patient and we take every precaution to ensure that she receives the level of care needed to either continue along or begin on the road to healing.
